大部分茶葉在嫩採後便保持原樣，焙茶則走上另一條路 — 以頭採茶葉經高溫慢焙，蛻變成完全屬於自己的風味。葉綠素淡去，苦澀消失，留下的是溫潤、堅果香與淡淡的回甘 — 還帶有深沉的焦糖尾韻，彷彿就是為悠閒的早晨與寧靜的夜晚而生。

這不是你過去喝過的那種苦澀焙茶。teasis 選用與我們茶道級抹茶相同的頭採茶葉 — 再以茶道級標準慢火細焙。成品的茶粉細緻到可以直接用熱水打成一碗純淨、令人滿足的茶，也足夠濃郁，能穿透奶香，沖出一杯風味直達杯底的拿鐵。

每一口都溫暖滑順，天然溫潤，毫無苦澀，深層療癒。

用茶杓取 3–4g 焙茶粉，過篩入碗。

加入 40–50ml 80°C 熱水。用茶筅打勻至滑順。
